TJ-A series bottle blowing machine is a newest two-step automatic bottle blowing machine developed by our company. It can blow up to 2L. It is suitable for blowing any shape jars, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles and other packaging containers made of PET plastic as raw materials.

Compared with other automatic preform series, the biggest difference between TJ-A hand preform series is: YM-A has no automatic conveyor, no automatic conveying of preforms, only manual hand insertion of preforms can be blown out. The product is automatically turned out, and then the bottle is removed manually, and the product can be removed while inserting the preform. The biggest advantage of the hand-plug design: the production cost of the machine is reduced to the greatest extent; the scrap rate is lower than the semi-automatic bottle blowing machine, the production speed is fast, the performance is stable, and the operation is extremely simple. Will replace semi-automatic bottle blowing machine.

Machine features:

A. Using advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance;

B. Infrared lamp tube is used for heating, with strong penetrating power, the preform rotates and heats automatically, the orbit revolves, the heating is uniform, fast and reliable

C. The width and height of the lamp tube and reflecting plate in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms of different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;

D. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device. When a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;

E. Each action is driven by a cylinder, no oil pump is used, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;

F. The air circuit design can be blow molded into various bottle shapes.

G. Adopt high-pressure and double-curved-arm connecting rod clamping, which has strong clamping force;
